My Approach

Good governance starts with thoughtful decision-making.

Throughout my career, I have been drawn to the intersection of technology, ethics, and human decision-making. My background in cybersecurity risk analysis showed me that technology alone never determines outcomes. People do.

I believe effective governance doesn't end with a policy or checklist. It comes from helping people understand risk, ask better questions, and make informed decisions long after an engagement ends. That is why I emphasize education and knowledge transfer in every project.

What I Believe

Governance should enable innovation.

Education builds confidence.

Ethics belong in every decision.

Practical solutions create lasting change.
